Let’s dive in.

25 Most Beautiful Cities
A List of Must-Go Places
You know I love a list and this one gives you the top 25 most beautiful places to visit this year- including some itemized spots for singles, families and couples.
✈︎ Flight Deal
DC→London
📉 In terms of rewards seats, it’s pretty easy to get from DC→London, I’d say. What’s not easy? Doing it for 29k in BUSINESS CLASS. I am loving the dynamic pricing shift recently done by Virgin Air because you can find some of these blow out deals throughout the calendar year. So if you’ve ever dreamed of a lie flat, international flight, it doesn’t get cheaper than this.
✈︎ Points + Miles
TOP STORY: Free Hotel Stays Made Easy
My ultimate hack for winter depression? Get a trip on the calendar. It’s science.
It may be the most underrated, unspoken, yet effective hacks out there.
Don’t think it’s in your budget? I’m here to show you otherwise…
Let me show you how you could be booking a FREE hotel stay using credit card points + miles for your next trip.
Step 1: Earn Points with a Credit Card Welcome Bonus
If you’re not already stocked up on points, now is the time to take advantage of a travel credit card welcome offer to start your New Year off right. For example:
Blue Bank Cards: Earn 60,000 UR points after spending $4,000 in the first 3 months.
This LOW annual fee card: Earn 75,000 miles after spending $4,000 in the first 3 months.
$4,000 in 3 months is quite easily covered be covered by groceries, gas and “regular” stuff.
These welcome offers alone can cover several nights at a hotel during any vacation. *Add on referring your travel partner, and you’ve doubled these points plus pulled in referral points for even more savings.
Step 2: Search for Hotels Using Points
Once you’ve earned your points, use a tool like Daily Drop Pro* to find hotel options available for points. This tool allows you to search for hotels based on the type of points you have and shows you the best value options. It’s intuitive and super easy to use.
*This is an affiliate link of a product that I use regularly.
For example, you might find:
Want a free tool to search hotels? It’s not quite as intuitive, but check out maxmypoints.com. as well.
Step 3: Transfer Points to the Hotel Program
If you’ve found a great deal through Daily Drop Pro or by searching other websites, the next step is transferring your points from your bank program to the hotel’s loyalty program. Check out these transfer partners:

Pro Tip: Transfers are typically instant, but double-check the hotel website before transferring your points over to ensure availability hasn’t changed.
Step 4: Book the Room
Once the points land in your hotel loyalty account, go ahead and book your room via the hotel website! This means, sign in via the hotel website with your log in, and book directly on the hotel website, paying in points + miles rather than credit card.
When booking hotels with points, there are no taxes and fees, leaving you with a clean bill of $0.
It doesn’t get much better!
