✈︎ First Class Travel Tip:

Airbnb Experiences for your next adventure

Recently we were having dinner with friends who are planning an anniversary get away. As usual, I want to hear everything about anyone’s travel plans so I was inquiry about activities, accommodations, thoughts, feelings, etc.

I was surprised to hear they didn’t know about Airbnb Experience option and so of course, now I want to make sure everyone knows about this!

Using Airbnb experiences, we’ve gone white water rafting in Croatia, taken a hike with a local in Seoul, experienced an epic food tour in Tokyo and more!

So check out the search feature: “Experiences” for your next trip. Use the reviews to see if it’s a good match for you. I love how it support locals who are out there hustling to make their own business successful.

✈︎ The Informed Traveler

A must have resource for family travel

📖 One time, I was interviewed for a book.

We were traveling full time in the van and I can still remember trying to find a quiet spot with reliable internet while in Belize to take the zoom call. It wasn’t easy.

But reading the book is! Because it’s quite possibly one of the most beautiful and engaging travel books out there. Wonder Year is part how-to and part inspiration filled with practical concerns like finances and schooling for your children, along with inspiring stories of other families and how they manage their epic lifestyles.

Perhaps you’re thinking of a taking a few months to travel with your kids or have a sabbatical you’re considering. Maybe you even have dreams of traveling full time. This is the resource for you. To learn more check out wonderyear.com or find them on Instagram at @wonderyeartravel.
