✈︎ First Class Travel Tip: Daily Drop Pro (Not Sponsored)
This week I’ve been playing around in my Daily Drop Pro account searching all the places around the world because what else do you think I do with my free time?
As a family we have at least 5 countries I’m needing to book flights for in the next 2-6 months. I’ll using points + miles to cover (hopefully) all of them- and because of that, I’m in need of the best search engines for my research and booking.
Enter → abou 🤤
This tool has a Free plan option if you just want to dip your toes in, by all means.
But if you’re ready to get serious, I highly suggest you go for it. It's a surprisingly intuitive and easy way to search multiple airline programs from cities all over the world.
3 things I personally love about Daily Drop Pro:
You get daily flight deal alerts
You can search in points AND cash so you know where the best value lies
There’s a “lounge” filled with itineraries or a place to drop a question about anything travel related, including destinations, points + miles, gear etc.
(As an affiliate, I get compensated for any memberships that use my links above at no extra cost to you. I am a user of this product, and wouldn’t be recommending it if I didn’t see the value, promise).
One time, I slept in the open truck bed of a broken down semi trailer in Nicaragua.
The bug net hanging precariously from the ceiling was the highlight of the decor.
While it makes for a good story, it lacked a lot of amenities. My advice?
STAY’N’TELL won’t let you land in the back of an emptied semi truck bed, but they will hit you up with gorgeous off the beaten path accommodations that will make an already epic adventure a way better story for friends and family.
✈︎ The Informed Traveler
The absolute easiest way to track your fight
Ever gone through an airline’s website trying to track if your flight is on time? Or perhaps you’re the friend whose on airport pick up duty and you’re wanting to know if the flight is scheduled to arrive on time?
I’m about to change your life.
Simply →
Text your airline and flight number to yourself
Tap on the text bubble and hit “Preview Flight”
All fight info will be easily displayed, along with a live airplane tracker, any delays and which baggage claim has been assigned
Pro tip → Send the same airline and flight number to whoever is picking you up. This way they can easily track your flight to arrive on time without the burden of going through the process on the airlines website.
